Bryson Farms is a certified organic farm which grows over 2,000 varieties of heirloom vegetables including items like purple carrots, golden beets, black tomatoes, laratte fingerlings, and more! All of our vegetables are harvested the day before delivery to ensure absolute freshness and quality. We also flash-freeze our freshly-harvested heirloom vegetables into frozen vegetables as well processing them on-farm into our healthy line of certified organic frozen vegetarian/vegan prepared foods.
Year-Round Fresh Vegetables:
As a year-round certified organic grower of heirloom vegetables, Bryson Farms offers an abundance of fresh and unusual vegetables such as hundreds of varieties of heirloom tomatoes, coloured carrots, golden and chioggia beets, fingerlings, and more – including year-round production of our fresh salad greens, micro-greens, pea shoots, as well as huge volumes of our stored roots crops and winter squash.
Our certified organic Sweet Corn is flash-frozen on our farm immediately after harvest to ensure fabulous texture and flavour. Our “Just” Heirloom Tomatoes are just fresh heirloom tomatoes processed on our farm and then flash-frozen without any additives of any kind and perfect for your favourite pasta or spaghetti sauce! Our Winter Squash Puree is made from our roasted butternut winter squash – seeds and skins removed and the flesh pureed and flash-frozen – great for soups, casseroles, and deserts!
Frozen Prepared Foods:
Our certified organic, healthy frozen prepared foods are made almost entirely from ingredients grown on our farm – and when we require off-farm ingredients, we use items like rich organic Quebec butter and cheeses! All of our frozen foods are vegetarian and many are vegan and/or gluten-free. Our Roasted Curried Squash soup, Vegetarian Lasagne, Vegan Two-Bean Chili, and Ella’s Purple Carrot Cake are just a few of our products which the entire family will love!
